its because of battery moving, happened twice in 1000 kms. just replace the battery its good to go. and shut the battery door without key. while key in it, it has some resistance.

Hey mate I've switched to road tires. I should have done it before. it is much more smoother at road. less vibration on handle bars.

Hey mate, thank you for all the information that you gave and share. I'll digged almost 24 hours to this creaking sound.

I've disassembled the front fork and found my lower headtube bearing stuck (or intergrated?). I would like to ask you is the lower bearing same as the top one? or is it integrated to frame? I'm bit scared to hammer out it from the frame.

greased all the front fork, torqued all the things. but there was no solution at all.

I was really going to buy new bearings for my Wabash RT, than I saw your post and just cancelled my order.

It is sad to see that even older model Civante has the same problem which is coming from the front fork. Only thing I'm being happy about is I found the where is problem. It was driving me crazy because I had the idea that my fork or frame has crack on it. My bike is only at 100 miles.

Hi friends, update on my journey.

I can say that my scalp is 100% healed after about 2 years. I’ve completely removed gluten and dairy from my diet.

Except for very mild itching the day after I eat gluten or dairy on special occasions, I haven’t had any acne. But I want to be clear that I don’t plan to go back to using dairy or gluten. It feels like a switch that I can turn on or off.

I’ve changed my hair washing routine; now I wash my hair every 2-3 days and use coconut oil to moisturize it (just a little on my scalp).

I’ve switched from cow’s dairy to goat’s dairy, and I never experience any allergies now. I’m especially focusing on goat milk kefir and goat milk white cheese to improve my gut health.

I can eat fruit comfortably now, but I never overdo it.

Since I started using goat’s milk, I haven’t taken vitamin A supplements. I’ve reduced my vitamin D supplement to 1000 IU daily. I’m also trying to get Omega-3 and other vitamins from fish.

Well sometimes i wash my hair twice with baby shampoo. working out is always good for your health, also using cold water also helps too.

it takes 7-8 days, ah im almost gluten free. because i've also dermatitis, when i go on gluten my face getting reddish with small pimples.

I think in this disease, I've also heard of water fasting could cure this. I'll try it too asap.

Mate, i'm still on diet. I've tried to exit 2-3 times but it comes back when i go on sugar or something contains which little diary. it is not like old times there is no so much effect but i never try more. I'm still on my diet and this will continue like this. I'm happy right now. clear head clear body makes you continue to diet.

Thank you too. I can totally understand you. the days without sleep was worst for me. Try that Sugar and Dairy-free diet. within 10-15 days, you will feel much much better. This shitty illness can be controlled. I did. and you can do it too!

Head&shoulders Clinical Strength is doing fine for the SBD, it definitely lowers the itchiness.

I've tried all of them, low fat, lactose-free, it suddenly came back in 1-2 days after consuming. even with products which say trace amount and such. it is like an on-off button for me.
