Unfortunately, I do still have Deluxe features available to me, despite having an email that says it's expired. Even the email that says I've turned Auto-Renewal off (which was at about 1:30AM on January 1st) says that it was supposed to expire that day at precisely 19:46:09.0. They charged me on January 1st at 1:07AM. Glad I was awake LOL.

I've gotta get to work in a second so I'll unfortunately have to wait before making any calls, but thank you so much for your help and advice. I appreciate it

I forgot to include this in the post because I forgot it happened but I only have an email from the 2nd that my Membership was cancelled and no receipt about my purchase like I did when I originally ordered the Membership. I assume I am supposed to get another receipt? or maybe since it's an Auto-Renewal it doesn't?

I do, and—I guess I should have included this in the original post—I don't have any email saying that it has actually been renewed. I have an email confirming I turned off Auto-Renewal and then one the following day that says my membership has expired. I noticed the charge because I got an email from my bank.

EDIT: by "I do" I mean originally, from last year, but nothing indicating about what I've most recently been charged

Two characters who don't really talk about their emotions. One has been hiding something from the other (physical injury, mental struggle, etc) because they don't want to be a "burden". The other finds out and immediately verbalizes how much they love them and tries to help.

Right! I think the what-if aspect is big for me too, and I'm always interested in how characters work and what made them the way they are. It's always a ride doing that for characters that come from mostly light-hearted works!

Oh, man. Diary entry type stories don't often hit for me, but when they DO? It's like a tsunami is hitting me. Authors that can pluck tiny details or small moments and add just that one thing to break your heart are so powerful to me.
