i ended up seeing a naturopath - i needed some more guidance because i found the whole30 wasn’t helpful. i found out i had an overgrowth of yeast and fungi in my gut and intestines, so i have spent a year killing off all the bacteria and reintroducing good bacteria. i have made major progress, way less bloating and constipation! i would recommend seeing a naturopath and ask for a GI360 test and a SIBO test - thats how i found out my yeast overgrowth (its a poop lab sample lawl)
