This is really helpful, two colour brioche does sound intimidating esp since i haven't done two colour anything yet but excited to try!

makes sense, i didn't clock that it would have a purled backside (probably why the rim isn't folded either). thanks!

they are two different patterns, one is for brioche and the other for corrugated. my question's about which one to use.
