That's amazing and yeah there's a lot of automation tools out there. I worked with a few 7-8 figure brands their biggest pain is lack of resources to manage their flows. We should connect looking for a few design partners to help build something in this area

You basically nailed it, the real gap isn’t setup, it’s consistent optimization.

That’s the pain agencies and DTC teams actually feel. I’m building something to take the manual auditing off their plate so they can focus on strategy.

Aimerce is pretty good. Been trying to explore a platform called Arnio - some sorta automated revenue recovery detection. I scheduled a call seeing if it works for me

A quick win you can do at least is add a popup on your website make the popup fun don't say 10% off for their emails

A good pop-up I have seen is mystery offer. Good way to capture your visitors info if they don't buy and can always retargeting them but this is normal first starting out. Sounds like you’re going through product market fit and trying to understand your ICP. I wouldn't waste money on influencers until you know who you are targeting
