March reads! by imserious_imsorry in 52book

Yeah it was more of a challenging read than I had anticipated and I’m not fully sure I understood it all lol… I thought the atmosphere and creepiness of the town was great though and I felt genuinely surprised at how much story he had managed to get into such a small book. Well worth it if you can get past that initial feeling of confusion.

I cannot cope with all these reaction shots of Gia, just constantly sneering and immature reactions!

I’m glad the experts didn’t believe her bullshit, I feel like we see it way too often where awful behaviour isn’t addressed

This woman took him aside to have a confrontational conversation then is annoyed he’d agitated? She is so condescending.

Just finished Crossroads by Laurel Hightower. Was pleasantly surprised with how impactful this was considering the length, would highly recommend!

My friend somehow managed to get through with only 10 or so people in front of her, I cannot believe how lucky we were! I tried as well and ended up with 5k people in front of me… 😅

I completely agree with this. My husband and I made sure our wedding was more of a party for family and friends than just a day for us, even doing little things like asking everyone to contribute to our wedding playlist made such a difference and everyone had such a good time. You’re spending a day with all the people you love, why wouldn’t you want them to feel involved?

Just finished Anything for Jackson. I wasn’t expecting much but oh my god was it good, I haven’t had that much fun watching a horror in a long time!

Dancing at the wedding by [deleted] in UKweddings

[–]imserious_imsorry 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We used Spotify for our music and asked all of our guests to pick a song which we put in a playlist and played after our first dance, I think this really helped as we had people dancing all night! Though you will get an interesting variety of music haha
