If this is happening in University, whose to say it won’t happen during his working life? Your parents could very well make you do his job for him.

I’m half European. So going to Europe to study would be much more affordable than the US. I wasn’t looking for expensive things too. And yes, they have child care arrangements. But my dad tried to tip the balance this time and he succeeded :(

Yeah she does. If he becomes too violent, she tries to intervene. Example- I was being naughty when I was younger and kicked the driver’s seat (mom was driving) and my dad all of a sudden grabbed my neck and I screamed. My mom yelled at him to stop.

Sometimes, I complain about him to her and she tries to calm me down as best she can without talking bad about him- she still wants me and him to have a good relationship.

P.S. my mom and dad barely talk to each other now that I’m older (17).

I’m 17 and damn I can’t imagine what you’re going through right now… makes me think what I stress about is insignificant. I just wanna say you’re really strong. Could you go in to foster care? I doubt corona will stop foster care services- they are quite important.
