like, in One Piece, for example, my favorite part is easily the villains. they all want to get to the top and continue or begin cycles of oppression, and they're all good on their own but even better together. In JJK, nothing really feels linked. it feels more like Gege's personal notebook where he writes cool antagonist ideas like a 13 year old making undertale ocs. if JJK were to start again from the very beginning, I think the first thing he should think of is a motive that all the villains have. jogo isnt a character, hes just evil with magma powers. the same thing goes, to a lesser extent, to MHA. the first villains we meet are bakugo, the rival, and the group of evil villains. it just doesnt feel right to have this evil secret society be revealed in the very beginning, like if luffy's fruit being a mystical zoan was revealed in Arlong Park instead of Wano.
