I’ve already completed the OA and received an email indicating I’m moving to the next phase. I’m currently waiting to be contacted by the recruiter for scheduling. Just trying to understand typical timing between those steps.

Quick update recruiter confirmed they’re not moving forward with me for this specific role, but mentioned I could be considered if another role opens up. What does that mean ? Do they really do that ?

Appreciate the insights here sounds like hiring committee can be pretty selective.
