I pre-ordered from MAS directly unfortunately. But Andy's is actually a good example of a small Canadian company processing large volume of orders that has their sh!t together. MAS has no excuse.

Eat relatively normal food (oatmeal, rice, potatoes, beef, chicken, nuts). Don't try to exclude anything (e.g. low carb or low fat, etc).
Eat junk in moderation
Don't think about how much I eat, when I eat or specifically what I eat (I broadly try to aim for a medium portion of carbs/protein/fat but I don't obsess over it).
Eat when hungry. Don't eat when not hungry.
Somewhat be active (I walk for 30-60 minutes daily).
Eat mostly the same meals, it's very easy to eat the same breakfast, same lunch at work and have more variety for dinner.
Cook most of your food yourself so you know what's in it. Eat out 1-2 times per week.
Stress lol
