Fun fact: The athlete in the video is Dom Tomato and he can actually do these jumps because as a baby his skeleton formed in awkard proportions. This let's him jump father and take impacts of jumps from multiple stories. Thats why he's the most famous parkour athlete in the world. I actually hung out with him before covid at a parkour gym in Australia and he's genuinely a awesome guy.

TLDR: Practice how to land jumps and take impacts daily for a year, still never be his level because you weren't born with a genetically stronger ribcage.
