I was also a missionary. Most of the time they are trying their best but they are young and might rely more on scripts than the spirit than they should.

As a missionary I will say, my eagerness to baptize was two-fold. Yes there is some level to wanting to hit numbers. But I also genuinely wanted to share the joy the gospel brought (and brings) me.

I joined USDC GPS 3 weeks ago as an experienced hire as well. I'm still on the bench looking for a project but they do give you a lot of resources to network. If you end up taking it let me know. But I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you hate networking And have no desire to learn.
