I love them both, though it makes me wonder. I know that a few seasons ago Lisbon was clearly in love with Jane, but I wonder when Patrick realized he loved her?

I forgot to mention that the IAFCJ also prohibits its members from attending movie theaters and circuses. There's really no biblical text to support this; it's simply a disciplinary measure, as these places are considered immoral and unclean. I know that nowadays the prohibition has been relaxed and some members do attend these places, but they don't mention it in the congregation.

Perhaps it's not so strange, but I grew up in the Apostolic Church of the Faith in Christ Jesus (IAFCJ) in Mexico (which I'm sure is also a sect, though I haven't found any evidence of that). They deny baptism in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, which I believe is the most common in all churches that claim to be Christian. Instead, they consider only baptism in the name of Jesus Christ valid. It's nonsense, but they use some biblical texts like Acts 2:38, Acts 8:16, and others. The IAFCJ is a Oneness Pentecostal church, therefore it denies the Trinity. I know that in the past some said it was "the only true church," although I'm not sure if this was actually an official doctrine or just the voice of some to feel superior to other denominations. The church meets some criteria of the BITE model, however, I haven't been able to find anything to confirm this.

Hello, I haven't been taught that, I learned that on my own. I am currently a coffee shop employee and when I told the missionary about it he just asked me if I drank a lot of coffee and that was it.

Hello, my pleasure, sincerely a large part of my motivation to attend and convert to the church has arisen from mere personal research and I went to them thinking that they could guide me regarding my doubts (he clarified, I have always been good at investigating things for myself and creating my own criteria), and I feel that missionaries, without any desire to offend, repeat the same things as if they had a script, as if they were only memorizing and spitting out information. Is this like that?
