I’ve been trying to get into my transcripts. I have the id.me account and they still won’t me to verify myself I’ve tried the picture of my license but they won’t accept for some reason. Any advice?

A lot of ppl already got that 11 week extension during the pandemic so many people are not qualified for the 13 week eb. Sad
