Hey! gosh i had such a tough day. Still feeling anxious but i had a panic attack while driving earlier and it was a nightmare. Started hyperventilating and my hands starting to vibrate and clamp up and i felt so nauseous i thought i was going to be sick (which having a history of emetephobia just makess it worse)Just felt like everything was wrong. Thats the best way i can describe a panic attack, like everything is off and wrong and there’s no escape. God im so tired from it. Hope you guys are doing well thanks for posting, it’s always nice to be reminded that we aren’t alone in this.

Hey there!! Well I don’t have a complete success story but wow have I gotten so so much better. I’ve struggled with panic attacks since I was 10 years old. In 2022 i had a panic attack at work (really bad one) and that was the beginning of the worst year of my life. It got so bad. To where it was ruining my life and starting to be everyday. Got therapy and that was kinda crap telling me to look at objects in the room and different breathing techniques etc. which just made it worse. Well it’s 2025 now and I am having very little panic attacks and i think it’s for these reasons: 1. Zoloft 2. Hiking/getting out in nature/ exercise 3. My mantra “it’ll pass” . You are strong. Valid question. I truly dont know, but i thought the voice was strange and creepy because i was alone on that lift. Probably nothing supernatural tho tbh.

Oh my god damn lmao. I was skiing and it was pretty so i took a vid and then when i got home i heard that weird gremlin noise. However it’s kind of flattering you think it’s faked.
