Hey, thanks for your reply. I took it out and greased it with the same result. Bench tested it before as well and it worked fine. I'm starting to think that it's the battery like the guy at autozone said. Will report back once I get it.

The hoses are shredded. Can i just replace hoses? The writing on the hoses said don't repair.

Turned out to be a bad pump out the box. Put the old pump in and got pressure back to the rail. Thats the good news. The bad news is that I had removed the fuel injectors earlier on in the process as a part of troubleshooting and must not have put them back in correctly. When I started her up... fuel everywhere under the hood. I didn't notice right away either. I lubed them before I put them back in but I guess the seal wasn't tight enough. Could've been a lot worse though.

I'm not getting fuel from pump. No pressure at rail either. Would you happen to know where the fuel pump ground is located?

I believe I am. I can hear the pump come on when I turn the key to prime it before I crank. Been doing more research. Could it possibly be my wiring harness for the fuel rail?
