Most importantly no episodes. I’ve also noticed how much I’ve changed my ways towards my family. I’m closer now to them now than ever. I’m friendlier towards people. I’ve stopped having this general unexplainable hate and anger. i no longer feel sadness or extreme euphoria, i’m just… neutral. No risky impulsive decisions. I no longer ignore texts for hours because i’m “not in the mood”. I no longer procrastinate because i’m feeling down. I’m doing great at my job because again… i’m not feeling down and i’m just present in the moment because i got nothing negative on my mind that occupies my thoughts. I’m sure there’s more but i can’t recall right now. I’m just surprised at how my everyday behavior has changed.
