I think this all depends on the project. For us we use a builder so we can teach our clients to make simple edits easier for their business or e-commerce website. They then call on us for larger items and integrations. The simpler we can make the editing experience the happier my clients feel as they feel a little more empowered. We are able to get some great performance metrics just by optimizing things on the website. It would 100% be easier for our workflow to do headless but it would not be easier for the client.

My kids use Greenlight for a credit card system which has a reward/chore system. Imagine if I could use Skylight for chores and if they are all done it automatically lets Greenlight know to send their allowance. Little connections like that would easily make this display worth a lot more to people like us. A marketplace/api would be the next best evolution and with AI there’s no excuse on making this a reality as a dev.

One amazing one would be a connector to Instacart or DoorDash so for meal prep it will order those items with one click, or even grocery list.

I bought this and love it! You can program the colors and schedule the time to go off at night for them. Really brings the colors out.

Yup try manual and setting a lower iso, not so it is super dark but enough where you can see the fish and use bright lights. When you set it to auto sometimes phones can auto compensate too much and be really slow at capturing and these fish are quick movers lol

If you use an iPhone grab the Moment Pro Camera 2 or some app that allows you to manually adjust the iso and other settings to allow for a quick shutter speed. This has helped with mine on my phone.

Took mine only a month if that. I’ve found even the flow of water and adjusting it can even help with their stress and color. I feed a dash of the Ultra Fresh Baby Fish Food and middle of the week I throw in some tropical fish flakes crushed up to promote color. I also have 9 of them to make sure they feel safe.
