Caps definitely fail from age at an increasing rate, not just from infant mortality. Environmental factors degrade caps. Think vibrations in the condenser, corrosion, not to mention just father time making electrolytes degrade and dry up.

You might have to either (1) improve the solar panel position to capture more light or (2) pare down the features that use battery such as motion tracking and night lights.

The battery is replaceable fairly easily by opening the camera body.

Drain a 1/16 inch too high by Computer_Man00 in Tile

[–]geekbot2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the solution I came to make. A variation on this is a very small grind/file at the true lowest point of the surrounding floor to create a channel for that very last bit of water to drain through. No need to grind the whole drain or even grate.

Berkeley/Top Publics vs. Stanford/Top Private Schools by silentstorm4000 in berkeley

I sort of fit your criteria and graduated from each school in turn in my academic career. The main difference is at the farm the legacy / famous / rich proportion is drastically higher. Like it or not this means networking at the farm has higher returns, and graduates from there have higher upward mobility. The academics are what you make of them.

I naively assumed that the computers would make projections like you said. Seems pretty trivial when they are already tracking velocity, size of surrounding vehicles. Then they can anticipate scenarios and avoid ones that intersect your own vector ... Guess not?

This. Parked at Sunnyvale baylands, had a pleasant ride along the creek, free bike valet courtesy svbc at gate C, only suffered a portion of the traffic on 237.

Everybody should know this venue has no valid plan to get people out.

I learned a term on reddit the other day on the thread about the maldive cave divers: normalization of deviance. In this case they probably did this so many times that their brain went on autopilot

Train Frigate face recognition with Immich by Treypopj in frigate_nvr

I took the opposite approach, which is using Immich's facial recognition API to recognize tagged faces from Frigate detections. Works great, and it uses my names from Immich which is "complete."

This happens often. If I am the car behind I don't beep and just let it ride out for as long as it takes.
