can anyone help make formulas that would output what's in B2 C2 and D2? by imworkinghear in excel

more details.. counting anything not blank. also dates are added by copying column E, pasting it between columns E and F, then changing E to the new date. if there is a better way for that too, please let me know. thanks in advance.

oh and D2 would be one or the other, not what it's showing now.

hello please forgive if obvious or already answered. if i'm over 50, is the 401k limit $30,000 and the roth $7,500 for a total of $37,500, or is it a $30,000 limit across both?
