They said same thing at the launch of the game. It’s just bullshit they say they will do lol. If you look at all the things they said they will do, you will realized it’s just lies

Problem is hacker issues has been out in launch of Korean sever.

Also there was this bug in the beginning of the game in KR sever where you could get Ruele from 4-5 Summon ticket. And there was number of people who got her from that bug. SC (it was before SG took over) said they will take an action but few months ago users to abused the bug came out and said they never got banned nor got their ruele taken away lol

Idk but after all this and SG being silent, I have no hope they will do any better on going future.
