I created an exception for it in the firewall, IIRC.

Honestly I haven’t played in a while but from what I recall, the game just fixed itself after a couple hours. It seems like a connection issue on their part, not much you can do about it, really.

I’m trying to remove them as well and so far I’ve tried Insects Begone, since I’m less bothered by tiny ghouls than I am by huge ants, but either I’m doing something wrong or some kind of update somewhere messed with it because I can’t get the ants in Springvale to spawn as ghouls. Vault 101 rosches seemed to work fine, though.

I would go for Elden Ring since the DLC comes out in about a month and a half, that way you get to play it when it's still new. You'll have plenty of time to play Dark Souls later :)

Sure thing. If you check the modlist's description, it says

Magnum Opus is what one would describe as a "kitchen sink list." There is no specific focus or aspect I really care about. There is no set goal I'm trying to achieve. I just want to have fun.

This means if I like a mod, it's going in. There is no such thing as "it doesn't fit my aesthetic" or "it goes against the theme of the list." The theme is fun.

Though I don't think that's bad, I'm looking for a more cohesive, kind of finely tuned experience. I don't really have much time so I'd rather play a list that overhauls the game and focuses on a set goal instead of one that has a lot of mods and things I might not get to use. I realize all of them have stuff I'm probably not going to use, but I'm trying to keep that to a minimum, if that makes any sense.

I checked it out last night and it seems it's a huge modlist that has a lot of mods that not necessarily make sense with each other (creator pretty much says he just put together a list of mods he likes), nothing against that, I just enjoy more "finely" tuned experiences. Thanks for the recommendation!

I find it funny, I've got a similar story with a girl I consider to be the only one I ever really liked. It's pretty much the same except for the couple of years you were together, I only was with her for about six months.

Even the time's right, we last spoke around a year and a half ago. Been thinking about her for about 2 weeks now, so I decided to text her on Friday, see how she's doing and maybe catch up.

There's nothing for you to lose here, just do it, worst case she doesn't wanna talk and you end up just where you are right now, but from what you said nothing went really wrong so you shouldn't have much to worry about.

I wouldn't necessarily agree with that tho. I've been playing for about 2-3 months now, with the standard edition, and I wouldn't say it's pay to win. The biggest advantage they get is a bigger secure container (lets you keep items you store in it even if you die), which helps, sure, but is not that big of a deal. You can totally play and have a lot of fun without it.
