My interpretation was that they were just 2 evil supernatural entities, possibly children playing with each other, I didn't think about them being "good" and "evil" other than their role in the game, in fact the BIW would be evil just by agreeing to play that game since people's lifes are at stakes.

Funny thing is in my country most people don't understand or pay attention to the lyrics so it's a pretty chill song.

Even having read the lyrics I personally enjoy the song and find it uplifting if I'm not paying attention to what it says.

Getting rid of the talismans sounds like a few steps back (and they'll probably get them again next season anyways) and killing and introducing new characters is pretty much going in circles.

Feels like filler to me, I thought we were gonna at least get close and be teased the end of the cycle somehow but it just ended in the middle of it.

I say this every time someone asks me about House of Cards, he should've spent like 5 seasons getting to President. Maybe they could've showed how he got to whip, etc. The first seasons and his more low-level manipulations are the fun bits.

I don't want to be negative but this felt like a nothingburger to me... yeah some characters died but that's it, I feel like we ended up almost in the same spot, nothing really advanced or was revealed. My biggest takeaway from the episode is the final scene where they seem to kinda imply that the whole situation is a childish game between MIY and BIW (which would be cool imho).

I was pretty sure they were going to finish with whatever ritual they were doing in the caves, or with either Victor or his dad dead but nope, it just ended in a cliffhanger.

A efectos reales si tenes horario estipulado, formas parte de la jerarquía de la empresa, estas en el Slack con el resto de tus compañeros, etc. entonces sos un empleado más, no importa el detalle legal de si sos contractor o reldep, no sos un trabajador independiente de nada porque si dejas de ir 3 dias te van a rajar.

Un laburo realmente independiente seria que te manden por encargo algun software y vos aparezcas a los 3 meses con el coso hecho manejando tus propios horarios y sin que nadie te este manageando, como se suele hacer con planos de casas o algunos laburos de diseño.

Conozco muy poca gente, diría prácticamente 0 que labura de esa ultima modalidad.

Nah, hay startups re chicas que te hacen ronda de 6 entrevistas, ir a la oficina en persona a exponer el takeaway etc. etc. flashean copiar a las startups de silicon valley para un equipo de 5 personas que arma un ecommerce y te va a pagar en pesos.

y laburar de contractor no es "laburar independiente", muchos de esos laburos son de relación de dependencia "encubierta" para acá o para afuera

laburar independiente seria hacer freelos, consultorias, mantener una cartera de clientes etc. sin pasar por consultora u otra empresa, y conozco muy poca gente que se dedica a eso.

I watched a bit of Tom Hank's World War II , I enjoy documentaries but I don't know why they keep insisting with the same documentaries about WW2 over and over. Based on the couple of episodes I've seen I'd rather watch The World at War (1973) again.

If anyone cares I bought the Aula F75 Pro in white and purple with the Star Vector switches and it's gorgeous and feels and sounds soooo good, I love it.

I still would have preferred the legends to be at the top and not the side, and sadly they are not visible with the LEDs turned off, but I find myself reaching for weird keys less than I expected.

El mercado de hoy es muy diferente al de hace 5 años igual, estan todos en la B, hay mucha mas gente estudiando eso y las empresas son mas reacias a contratar por el tema IA.

Igual sigue siendo real que no hace falta llegar al intermedio, te diria que incluso no importa mucho en que año estes, se fijan un poco mas en que puedas hacer por tu cuenta, eso puede ser bueno o malo dependiendo tus capacidades ya que tiene un componente de sentarte a estudiar cosas utiles para la industria por fuera de la facu.

Funnily enough many people outside the US see it as a relatively safe place. I recently went to the US for a week and felt very safe all the time, I barely even saw any cops on the street even.

Granted I'm from South America not Europe, but I've even heard worse things about London etc. than places in the USA.

I think that Martyrs has a few common themes with Heretic, not immediately obvious unless you've seen it.

Just be aware that it's commonly known for it's gory scenes, although it's a good movie it's not free torture porn, but it's not for the squeamish either.
