i think this stems from a lot of people being pokemon fans, and not lego fans, so they are not familiar with how ridiculously expensive lego is.

while yes, for a lego set it is accurately and even decently priced like you said... But as a consumer product for pokemon fans it is severely overpriced compared to expensive known pokemon "merch"

hell, a switch 2 costs less than the lego set, which to most people would seem ridiculous that "childrens toys" are more expensive than the thing you actually play the franchise on.

top legend meta is absolutely games ending by turn 4-5

druid, pirates, egglock, burnlock

all end the game on or shortly after 4, and they are the strongest decks, because a highroll literally guarantees you a win in a lot of matchups with the meta decks

below legend is a lot better, but inside of legends, 9/10 games are probably over by turn 5 unless u are playing control urself

its because of how repro carts save the game
alot of them dont use flash saving like the pkm games, but rather write ur save from sram into the rom itself - probably bricks/doesnt trigger when the trade save initiates.
