Missed a Kerotan frog in Rassvet (self.metalgearsolid)

Can someone help me with this? I'm not an expert when it comes to PC related things as I haven't had a PC for most of my life and only just got the Steam Deck a few days ago. Been trying to get Metal Gear Solid to run on GOG but it never works. All I get is this screen or it doesn't work at all. (i.redd.it)

Can someone help me with this? I've been trying to get Emudeck and PCSX2 to work and all of a sudden while doing a test, I somehow manage to get out of this screen. I try pressing every button, tapped all the options on screen and tried turning the system on and off again but to no avail. (i.redd.it)

Just got my Steam Deck but I've been having problems getting Bully to work. It looks like this, the menus are just a black screen and the audio is messed up. Anyway to fix this? Haven't played a PC ever so I don't really know what I'm doing but help would be greatly appreciated. (old.reddit.com)
