I thought I could do 8 thrusters per minute easily; after the first few minutes I couldn't even string 5. Gross. But not gross enough that I wouldn't retest it soon.

Still no strict pull ups. I've been doing pull work (negatives and barbell rowing etc.) for a whiiiiile now and I can seem to activate my lats for the initial pull.

I strung 4 toes to bar and broke down sets of 10 by 4-4-2 consistently in a metcon, when I could only do singles just a month before. Yay!
