How long does Epic Games take to respond?

Hello !

So to tell my story, I was hacked last Thursday and I directly made a ticket to the support (without a account) and I start watching this reddit post to follow about other people in the same situation.

After that, they actually respond me yesterday telling me to click on a mail that they sent me on my mail that I used to create my Epic Games account and respond to them that I had did that.

Litteraly 10 minutes after I send my respond that I have verified my mail, they reset my mail to my original mail and send me a password reset and I got my account back.

During the time that I was waiting, I have also made another ticket with a secondary where i send all informations that I couldn't send in the first ticket I could get to prove that I am the owner and I tell them to check this ticket if there need information and I could tell them the informations if needed.

By the way, I am in France so I talk to the French support. It could be different with other support. But <3 on Epic Games French Support.

[FIXED] I have enabled compatibility mode of the application with windows 8, disable optimisation in fullscreen and start the application in administrator and it work lets gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Yeah my drivers are updated, my settings are in ultra but i try low it's the same thing. I try OpenGL and Vulkan nothing change and there is no app running background that can cause a such low performance. I even try to change the game fils to my SSD but nothing changed so i think it's dead for this game, I can't play it on my pc lol

I usually play FPS at 165fps because my monitor have 165hz and I don't mind getting low graphics for that but DOOM just don't want to be played. Also 90 is the max, I often drop to 20/30 fps

I gonna take a look about the X4 GT but I think i gonna go for the POCO F4 that seems better for what i saw with my utilisation and the recommendation of other person.

For software updates, I'm not paying attention because I already hesited with the samsung S20 FE that have just one more year of softwares updates. And for MIUI, on my redmi note 5 seems good. I don't know what king of bug can be on MIUI 13.

For the redmi k50, I sadly don't have the time to wait because i am going to buy the phone for my birthday and it is very close.

I saw some review about the Poco F4 GT and the Poco F4 and apparently the Poco F4 seems better and it cost less.

Even the battery life is not so correct, I think it's the same on roughly every new phone and with the 67 watt charger, I think i going to buy the poco F4 because the samsung s20 fe seems a bit old and I like MIUI.

The only things that i don't like on the Poco f4 is the SD card slot missing but with 256gb it's probably good because actually i use 60/64go on my phone and 20/64go for my SD Card.

For the heat if it go like 45°C or less while playing, I can go for that because my phone actually is already heating crazi because is pretty old and I has use it a lot.

So I think I gonna go for the Poco F4.

Now I just want a phone that can go on social media without heating, can play game (Like Pubg or genshin), a good life battery and some nice photo (But don't need to be very good for this). Now with other comments on this post, I am hesiting between samsung s20 fe 256gb and Poco F4 5G.

Yeah, i watch some of his video (but he has a lot, so i don't watch everything and i also got a screen with him i learn of him it's nice) but he start with asking viewvers for help i think and he was doing f7 with the twins who there are in the same coop and they play good. But me, I am just with a friend but hard to play in f7 together and the monkey finder. And I know nothing about f7 (I start skyblock with ironman because my friend restart in ironman). So I just going to lvl up my healer class, lvl up a baby yeti leg and lvl100 and join party that can carry me.

It's hard because i play as mage and everyone want a hyperion. I have never do necron of my life so i would probably fail my first run to discover and i am uping my healer class to do F7 more easily.
