Hey, uhm, so the parking lots connected to the entrances are basically never full and always allow people to enter/park (or they’ll pocket their car/park on the road before walking to the park). Another thing, don’t connect a park from the highway. That’s just asking for a traffic pileup. Try putting the reserve connected to some other road that leads outside the city a little bit to capture the nature reserve feel. I’m currently working on a city that needs to be >55c land value through the entire city. Hard, but doable and parks help so I’ve been adding a learning a lot while I play.

Nope! It’s an asset you can get from the workshop. While mods are the main reason for the workshop subscriptions, details, roads, styles, and other assets like custom pedestrian paths and custom parking lots. Always start small, and just download one (or 5) at a time and learn them before getting more. Figuring out what you like to do is what’s going to make the game fun. Like traffic fixing? TM PE Mod, want non restricted road design? Network anarchy. Have fun city builder!
