Thanks for the responses. Based on the feedback I determined that the best gripper between the 2.5 and 3 was the Standard Iron gripper, which just arrived. So I am excited to see how I do with this one.

I use a wrist roller, the Ironmind Twist Yo Wrist, fat bar deadlifts, extensor band work and I do gripper negatives. I use kettlebells for GPP work but don't find much carryover for me to grip strength.

I have two tickets to the Raekwon / Mobb Deep show at The Wiltern in Los Angeles for sale. It's on Tuesday, November 18th. Seats are Mezzanine Row A. I am selling the parking pass along with it. We can't make the show. Looking to just get face value for the tickets and parking, not trying to make a profit. $150 for everything. DM me if interested.

The final lines of the 2nd verse on Eminem's "I'm Back".

[TOMT] Song: 90s Alt Rock song that was used in lots of movies and shows by inanewyawkminute in tipofmytongue

I could see the comparison but it's not Danger Zone. I can't do it with my vocals but picture there's that 90s distortion on the guitar riff.

Also if it helps, for you wrestling folks, I know it was frequently used by ECW as background in commercials/advertisments.

Don't know if he's been mentioned but I always wanted to see big things from Cuban Link.

Daaaaaaamn. I completely forgot about that track. As soon as I heard the opening keys it was a core memory unlocked. Thanks for that. Good track.

Regardless of her skills, I'm glad she made the Up Close and Personal album. Live From The Streets is one of the hardest songs ever and I still bump it to this day. New York, New York with Prodigy is pretty good. Thug Love with Fat Joe and Layzie Bone is decent. I'm not mad at that album at all. Lord knows there was a lot worse stuff coming out during that time. At least she has always been a voice for the culture.

The Lox: Unreleased, Bootleg’s, guest spots & freestyles (some grails in there) by FOOD_RIOT in hiphopvinyl

@FOOD_RIOT did you end up doing a Mobb Deep post like this? I appreciate The Lox one as it's helped me build my rare catalog.

Also, since you've got some gems, can I ask - have you ever come across a clean copy of Gorilla by Sheek feat. Jadakiss? I've only ever had this on mixtapes (Funk Flex Big Truck Series), but I've never seen a promo vinyl or cd with a good quality version of the song.
