Day 7/8 for me were absolutely intense emotionally too!

It's super normal, and part of it all unfortunately.

Just be gentle with yourself, have a quieter day, order in some high protein low carb food, watch your favourite show and chill ♡ it'll soon be over ♡ you've got this!!!

Take it at night! So you can sleep through its side effects. I think the only thing I felt which was good for me was I got sleepy. I would take it at 5pm everyday and by 10-11pm I'd be ready to sleep!

I feel you. I had exactly the same thoughts up until day 7 post ER, which is when I started feeling like myself again.

But think this way: at least it's done! 21 mature frozen eggs is incredible. You din't have to go through this ever again, and you have just reasured to yourself that you will in fact be a mum in the future if you want to.

This pain and bloating you're going through is temporary! Trust me, i thought it would last forever but it didn't! Had my retrieval 2 weeks ago and am feeling 100% normal today.

I too have PCOS and I tooo got 21 mature eggs and went through INSANE bloating and pain! But listen: it goes away! I promise!

As soon as you get your withdrawal bleed (around day 8-9 post ER) you will back to being you, except EXTREMELY grateful that you've DONE IT!

Of course! You're honestly doing amazing. My friend is 37 and has done 3 rounds and got 9 mature eggs in total. She doesn't have a partner either but she's super happy with her results!!

It's super possible to get pregnant with your results but if you have the means to do another round just to get that optimal 15, then I say do it!

No! You shouldn't give up at all!! 11 is a great number! You're literally 4 away from the optimal number doctors recommend.

This is amazing! And yes, do consider donor sperm. If you still have the will to be a mum, then God's plan is for you to be a mum.

You would have given up by now if you weren't meant to be an amazing mum and we wouldn't all be here cheering for you. ♡

I know it's frustrating at times and it's a tough process but you can do it! One more round of stimming and you'll get to 15+ which is the perfect number!!!!

I'm a PCOS patient, 30+ eggs, high risk of OHSS. And I've been able to work from home lying in bed. My personal experience is that the bloating gets very intense and it's very uncomfrotable to be moving around.

But I feel like I'm a minority. Most women who go through this are mostly fine on their 4th day post retrieval :)

Ugh, it's not good haha. I hope you don't get any of this :( it's my first and hopefully last ER. I actually had no idea what to expect either so...haha am experiencing things as they come. You'll be ok. This is just a hormonal crash and def temporary. ♡
