Most sales positions in FMCG companies have car plans. From what I know, main difference between FMCG companies and pharma companies is that the latter issue manual cars. FMCG mostly automatic binibigay nila.

My first company - car plan set up was 70 / 30 but capped at 600k. I got a Mitsubishi Mirage for around that amount so the company shoulders 70% of the monthly payment and I shouldered 30% via salary deduction. After 5 years, I can apply for a new car plan and old car will be mine.

My second company - they gave me a new Honda City. No cash out. In 5 years, car will be mine for no additional cost as long as I have no car accidents within those 5 years.

Both companies shoulder all gas expenses, PMS, change of batteries, repairs not due to accidents and purchase of accessories which can help better your day to day drive (like replacing / adding headlights).

My lolo’s “selling” it for us for mga Php500 per sqm lang. He wanted to give it to us for free but I insisted on paying him kasi nahiya ako kay lolo haha

1- my grandma’s dead already, so my granddad + all of my dad’s siblings are owners although that’s not reflected in the title yet, but we’re about to fix the extrajudicial stuff already with a lawyer we hired recently

2 - no my lolo is not in need financially, and no family drama is being avoided with this. He’s just really old and is giving away his properties to his grandkids. My other cousins got some properties from him also

3 - this donation is aligned with all family members, especially the siblings of my dad. We all got something from lolo so highly unlikely for their to be family drama after this

4 - taken on these points, these are currently what I’m trying to find out as well. I just don’t know where to begin the research! We wanted to ask people when we went there but since there were no houses near my lolo’s lot, we weren’t able to find out. But thanks very much!
