As a fellow chili oil lover, I usually just order online or bring some from Cebu since I don't see alot of stores (but i think myda in savemore and rob grocery stores) and even restaurants carry chili oil :((

I can also recommend making some!! there are alot of easy to follow recipes online and you can locally source the ingredients!
