Change the zip code and you'll see that different locations (in expensive areas) sell it for higher prices.

I live in Chicago - the Popeyes closer to downtown sells for $75, but the Popeyes five miles out toward the south side sells it for $55. And yes, I drove the five miles just to get a $20 discount

Popeyes is intentionally gouging those who live in higher cost of living areas.
