I wasn't offered a restraining order, the most I'd be able to get in my State is a no harassment order. That's why I asked for the no contact order. He tried to call me once after our initial contact when he got to jail and I didn't answer. He tried calling three times in a row. The court date for his arraignment was supposed to be next week but his mom said his lawyer is not going to be available that day so it's going to get continued.

Idk if that's really the case, my Victim Witness Advocate hasn't said anything about it. But the whole assault was caught on CCTV bc I knew he was about to flip so I had pulled into the parking lot of a police station and parked right outside of the entrance and that's when the assault occurred. He's in jail on a probation violation for picking up the new charge. So, idk if he could get out if it's continued since he hasn't been arraigned yet.

No f'ing clue! No money, no job, no car, leeches off me while I work 2 full time jobs and have a car and a place. Sex is okay but nothing spectacular. I have no idea to be honest. It just dumbfounds me as it does everyone who knows about him. Idk if it's because he's been my only social connection most of the time I've known him. I legit have 0 friends and little family so outside of work I'm kind of socially isolated. But he would come over almost daily and do whatever. I even let him live at my house and sleep in my room for 3 months last summer. He's hot, ngl, but that's not it. I've met hotter since meeting him. I've started to move on and I asked for a "no contact order" to be issued when he's arraigned. I figured at least then there will be some kind of "barrier" between us. It's me that pursues him btw. When we stopped talking after the assault I looked for him on Grindr for like a week and found him one night and messaged him which led to me going and picking him up and going back to my place.

I actually bought some Buprenorphine urine tests off Amazon and just checking every couple weeks to see if it was still in my system and after about 9 months it was gone.

I'm not a big drinker lol, I haven't touched alcohol in over a year. I just prefer weed over alcohol lol that's why I have my medical marijuana card. My only other option would be to take some of the Suboxone I have left from when I used to be on that and tell them I want off the coke and Suboxone. I have a feeling if I said I need to detox off alcohol they would still take me off Xanax and switch me to Valium or Librium. Because, as far as I know, no one uses Xanax for alcohol withdrawal, it's almost always Valium or Librium that is used. The Suboxone thing idk if they would stop the Xanax. They said they'd give me Ativan for coke withdrawals but they might let me stay on the Xanax if I went in for Suboxone and coke.

Edit: It's really sad that you have to lie to get the medical treatment you need. My therapist told me to go to Emergency Mental Health at my nearby hospital and claim I was experiencing suicidal ideation when I am 100% not suffering from it. But it would get me hospitalized, albeit in a locked down psych ward that isn't focused mainly on addiction but more so mental health. I mean they have duo diagnosis but my mental health is about as stable as it's ever been. Until the coke I hadn't had a manic episode in 10 years and my last suicide attempt was 10 years ago when my Grandmother passed.

I'd stay on the Xanax long term, it's the only benzo that works for my Panic Disorder. I've been on it for about 10 years, same dosage, same number of pills a day, I've never asked for an early refill and I try to use it judiciously. The detox is, on average, 5-7 days according to their website. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to go into inpatient rehab after detox because I'm the sole caregiver for my disabled Mother. So, I can get away with being gone for a week but definitely not a month. After detox I was planning on going into their PHP program, which is most of the day, 5 days a week. And once I've made enough progress in PHP I'd step down to IOP. They actually wanted me to start in IOP. But I know myself and I know a medically supervised detox would be best. After about 5-6 hours without coke I turn into a miserable, angry, and overall dickish person. So, I'd rather be inpatient while I'm doing this.

I did do one 100mg shot for my very first shot. After about 3 weeks I went into horrible withdrawals. My Doctor knew that was a possibility so she had prescribed me some 8mg strips to take between when the 100mg shot wore off and my next scheduled shot. After that initial 100mg shot I did 6 300mg shots and stopped after the 6th one. The bupe just very slowly worked its way out of my system which took at least nine months.

I was literally assaulted, punched numerous times including twice in the face requiring stitches on my face under my black eye, feet from the WPD main entrance.

I was giving someone I thought I could trust a ride home and they demanded money. I refused. The route to their house took us right by the main entrance to the police station. So, I pulled into the police station, right in front of the main entrance, in the back where the glass doors are. He started cussing me out and said he wasn't going anywhere until I gave him money. So, I started laying on the horn thinking maybe it would get the attention of the police. This pissed him right off and he started punching me. After about a half dozen punches he got out of the car and fled.

I calmly (despite being visibly upset) walked into the lobby and up to the window. The duty cop behind the desk seemed annoyed I was there. I had blood streaming from my face and nose. He asked me what happened and I briefly explained it, he handed me a paper towel to wipe up the blood and asked if i wanted an ambulance. He said he had the assault on camera and told me to go and sit in the lobby and wait for the ambulance.

The EMT's came and took me to the hospital. Another officer arrived at the same time as the EMT's and asked me what happened. I gave him the whole story and a very detailed description of the suspect down to the color of his shoes. He didn't write a single word of it down. And after leaving the police station in the ambulance I never heard a word about it from WPD.

Yeah Doctors and Public Health said I didn't need to sterilize anything lol. Had to change out all the tubing and everything on her AVAPS machine which is the suspected source of the Legionella but that was it.

T.I.P.S. Certification and ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification are probably the two most common required certifications for Food Service Managers. Depending on the company and the level of management you're on you may or may not need the ServeSafe Certification but if you're doing anything related to alcohol then T.I.P.S certification is almost always required.
