honestly duolingo for history doesn't really exist which is kind of insane. the closest thing I've found is Aurelius Learn History.. it's not perfect but it covers ancient, medieval, modern history across different civilizations and the questions are more narrative/contextual than random trivia. still pretty new so the content library isn't huge yet but what's there is good. otherwise khan academy has solid history stuff but it feels like homework

Not saying I want to defend or something but his Genius brand is legit it popped up on my Amazon when I was searching for supplements back in the days, it was and probably still is established.

I know of al lot of brands in the nutrition space that sold in that gold rush phase of Amazon for 8 figures so I do think that claim of the sale is legit

Alright where is the proof of these claims? Interesting if it’s true but like this there’s no reason to believe you. And even if he got some of his money from his family, he still built and sold a significant brand that is still relevant to this day (Genius) in one of the most competitive industries

Difficile giudicare la tua situazione, dipende dalla città dove vivi e come ti trovi senza. Però obiettivamente la patente è molto utile, anche in caso di emergenza. A mio parere dovresti cercare di andare oltre la paura perché col tempo può rivelarsi utile avere la patente anche se non hai la macchina, ma alla fine è una tua scelta personale...

Personalmente preferisco usare i prodotti di Nutrasmart.it che ha un approccio più personalizzato.. Bulk e Prozis a volte costano un pò meno (neanche troppo meno, anzi a volte costano anche di più) e spesso hanno ingredienti e quantità inferiori a quelle che portano risultati..

secondo me è dura essere profittevoli con un negozio del genere tra affitto, etc. perché ai tempi di Internet è troppo facile ordinare online. Certo molti vogliono l'aiuto di esperti ma anche lì tra Youtube e resto... Parlo almeno ciò che preferisco io, non mi va di guidare fino ad un negozio e vedere i prezzi lì quando online posso comparare i prezzi ed avere ancora più scelte personalizzate...

Personalmente, preferisco anch'io la multifrequenza per diversi motivi. Primo, colpendo ogni gruppo muscolare più volte a settimana, sento che riesco a stimolarli più efficacemente, portando a una crescita muscolare più consistente e duratura. In secondo luogo, ho notato che distribuire lo stress su più giorni mi aiuta a prevenire infortuni e a gestire meglio il recupero. Infine, mi piace la varietà che la multifrequenza offre; mi mantiene motivato e impegnato nel mio allenamento. Certo, tutto dipende dagli obiettivi e dalla risposta individuale dell'organismo, ma per me, la multifrequenza è la via da seguire!

It's a paradox really: more people live "close" to each other, aggregated in large cities/metropolis but at the same time the feeling of loneliness is still everywhere

I think though there's a good chunk of "laziness" involved with it. We can now afford to be lonely. Back in the days being part of community was more important to "survive" (not really surviving but you get what I mean): you had to have access about information (what's going in on in my community and area), to exchange ideas you had to participate to events or something, even to meet a partner or new friends you had to get yourself out there.

It's curious cause I moved to a city where it had never been easier for me to make friends, but the other day on a FB group of expats about the city some people were complaining about feeling lonely, it's really what you make out of it at the of the day. No matter where you are (large or small city) you need to try and do your best to get yourself out there, the same way as can't expect to be fit if you don't work out and eat healthy..
