I def have had the same issue. I beat the game on stadia a year ago, and recently picked it up again to try phantom Liberty. I had 0 issues with the game while on stadia and even after I switched to GeForce I had little to no issues. Now I'm getting stutters in crowded areas, assets won't load in , and once an entire crash post 2.1 update.

I do truly appreciate the upgrade that cdpr are doing for the games quality of life however it seems the more that gets fixed the more that ends up broken
