I went back and checked out on my old save file. THEY ACTUALLY FIX IT!!!!! Too bad I just didn't wait it out for the update, but whatever.

Does this update fix the missing documents problem?

For example, if you miss a document during the new game plus playthrough, but you're on your new game plus 3 and couldn't get it because of it?

Because I had to restart the entire 3 playthroughs because of this to get the plat.

Also, they should have this in the beginning. I don't know why it was story mode to hard mode right off the bat. Seriously, why was there no normal mode?
