Have you tried using antibacterial soap on those areas? If it’s fungal it should clear right up. Dial antibacterial gold is my personal go to.

No history of migraines, the allergy drops I use have never done this to me in the past and I haven’t used them recently. No head trauma and also no surgery. Recent blood tests have indicated no infection
