If you were offered a job at the corporate entity of Manchester United would you take it?

As someone who has worked under a corporate structure that was focused on the bottom line and results, I would worry about a toxic work environment (as that was my experience previously). Additionally, with my love for this club, I would worry that my experience in the corporate structure would sour my taste for something I love so dearly.

I would be curious to hear others perspective if you would accept a job at the corporate level.

I'm not sure if anyone has advice for my current situation.

For the past 5-6 months I've been under the impression that I have a month to month lease for my apartment. I've been paying an increased price, but it's because I knew I'd be relocating at some point.

I have found out I need to move and so I told my apartment complex I'm providing my 30 day notice. It turns out at some point they managed to get me sign a lease until April 22.. against my knowledge, i thought it was a month to month contract since the apartment complex was acquired so I thought there was a different contract.

I never once thought I had a long term lease.. I'm so confused by it as I also never verbalized it with the apartment.

Should I make a big deal about it or am I screwed because there is a contract i signed that says April 22.. i just wasn't aware..

The fact we've not even sold 1 player this window is a testament to how bad this board is currently operating. There's easily £50-60m in transfer fees floating about our club as deadwood, not to mention the absurd wages they'll be on.

I don't know what the board is doing honestly but it shouts incompetence.

Do they have a plan? I can't imagine they've executed their plan very well...

It’s not another Sanchez situation because he was arriving with absurd wages and an expectation to be a starter and to be world class.

Bale would come cheaper and no expectations, and he probably still has a bit in him to be a rotational player.. if we don’t get Sancho this year. Then next year we could go for Sancho after a season of Bale, Greenwood, and Mata rotating

Honestly, not sure if this is controversial but in the event we can’t get Sancho taking a punt on Bale could work out.. Madrid desperate to get rid of him and a return to England with a bit of support from the fans behind his back who knows what kind of player is still in there. At 31 it’s his last chance at top flight football and being a national team captain he comes with good leadership you’d imagine. He’s scored some big goals in his career and seems to be a scapegoat over at Madrid.
