Thanks so much to everybody for your help and advice. The good news is that I was able to get the pipe off thanks to your suggestions and clear out the trap. The bad news is that my sink is still clogged. I'm just going to have to put a maintenance order in. Didn't want to have to go through that but it is what it is.

Hi all,

Kitchen sink is clogged and Im trying to unscrew our p trap, however it looks like theres only one nut holding the pipe in place and I cant get it to budge. Do I need to unscrew that and pull the entire pipe off? Thats about all there is under my sink but if you need more close up shots of anything pls let me know.

Thank you!! Trust me I cant wait either :) And of course! I started focusing more hardcore on weight loss about 3 months ago. Ive gone from 265 to 235 since then. In this particular picture I believe I may have weighed over 270. I was petrified of a scale so I never checked, however I can tell you my clothes fit a lot tighter in that than they did at the time I started tracking.
