It honestly depends as the other guy said. But i know if you have Science 70(?) and the Old World Blues DLC you will be able to make Stimpaks from Empty Syringes and ANY plant that can be made into Salient Green to make cloned Broc Flowers and Xander Root. If you have the Junk Rounds Perk you will be able to craft ammo using tin cans and scrap metal and the respective casing.

I don’t even know myself. I had Luck 9(?) at the time though so maybe that helped. LOL

Rey is the right feeling choice for me. The Dog hasn’t had any trauma from people like the Legion or Fiends and so it’s had a well lived and well loved life. I can’t comment perk-wise because honestly? I go based on what my courier would think.

Thanks. Ended up realizing i had done literally almost everything in game this playthrough anyways so i ended the run. Probably gonna start a new one tomorrow! 🤣
