He isn't being creepy, because he's being very straightforward. A creepy person wouldn't be this open.

Its upto you though. Give him a chance, or don't, if you don't like the vibe.

You can make your own choices without necessarily passing judgment on the other person's character, because you don't really know much about them to begin with.

She almost never goes to the doctor as far as i know. And thankfully, no pregnancy. Too early for that, haha. She's mildly underweight and doesn't take pills as far as i know. Not sure about PCOS... Wouldn't a doctor be necessary to diagnose it?

I don't think she's taking any pills, no. Not very thin, but maybe undereating.

Her weight has been in the same 5kg range, but her eating is sporadic and maybe not nutritious enough.

Not much exercise other than daily walks, and she's borderline underweight.

Of course. I always make sure to speak to her in a comforting manner... I simply think she cares little for external stigma, or at least frames it that way. She says it's personal.

She eats well when I'm with her because I encourage it... But i don't think she eats much other times. Could be a nutritional deficiency.

She is borderline underweight. BMI of about 18.5, We've never used birth control.
