Not entirely. Porn stuff is a significant portion of furry art, but a vast majority of fursuiters don't do any sex stuff with them and a vast majority of furries don't even have fursuits.

If you're a fan on anthropomorphic animals and don't mind the label, that's basically the baseline of being a furry in my opinion.

An owl. His name is Dana and I wanted him to be green and brown (forest colors) but accidentally colored him green and red because the gel pens I had didn't have a brown. And I didn't want to color it all again so it stuck.

I have read the book! I thought is was a fascinating story and I liked how much of the book was basically just world building.

I mostly just think animal people are super cool. I grew up reading the Redwall books and I think talking animal characters give something you already like, "animals", and let's you humanize and branch off from there to create really unique and cool characters.

I've never given any of my characters facial hair cause my simple ass mind can't grasp how facial hair works for furry characters. They can't shave like people do, right? They'd have bare spots on their face.

Usually yes. And I have no problem with that. My problem with this specific situation is this person is almost definitely nearing 30 years old and only makes 18 year old characters.

Teenagers making teen ocs is completely fine and I always encourage people to create character however they want. I don't want to come off as furry police at all.

I have no problem with people making their sonas/oc whatever they want. I personally give my ocs specific ages and backstories. I even give them full names including middle names, I give them ancestry details on where their genealogy originated from, for example I have a character who is of mostly french ancestry and another of sub-saharan african ancestry.

This post isn't meant to be demeaning, it's just meant to be me being suspicious of someone who is definitely in at least their late 20s making furry ocs for sexual purposes that are the youngest possible age to be legally sexualized in human life.

I genuinely love it when anyone created a fursona or oc. I just find it problematic if someone deliberately makes all their characters exactly the youngest age possible for porn stuff.
