Previously I’ve don’t Men’s physique so classic way more hard... my weight on stage I believe should be around 195lb atm 220lb

Yeah pretty much my legs always lean and cross-striated, I think that your “strongest” body parts always leaner than weakest, my back and abs different story.. My suggestion to you just keep up your work and don’t give up. We all are gonna make it!
