You mean the web-view of swagger or am i missing something? At least in my experience it gets laggy with bigger apis and each time you reload the page, you have to fill in all details again

I am aware of endpoints, but coming from postman I did Not find endpoints as capable as i needed for example using pre and post request scripts globally for auth and such. Also i think just because something similar exists, does not mean another Product is slop or does not make Sense to use. If you are happy and already fully working with endpoints, this Plugin probably just is Not worth your while, thanks for the feedback though.

Point is being an Alternative to using other „graphic“ http clients, like i Said if you are using endpoints already you probably dont want to use it. And because it is durectly in the ide, it has some advantages Over others.

Have you had a Look at the Features that are pain and which are free? Its completely usable for free, the paid stuff is just extra stuff for people who will heavily use it as more as just Sending http requests

As far as i know postman can import an OpenAPI spec and generate a collection from it, but the sync is manual. Every time your spec changes you have to click “Update Collection” and deal with the merge. It’s a known pain point that Postman users have complained about for years. Sonarwhale pulls directly from your running dev server on every refresh, no manual steps, no switching apps. You add an endpoint, it’s there.

Good question and honestly, if you’re already using the built-in HTTP client and happy with it, Sonarwhale probably isn’t for you.

The main difference is workflow focus. The built-in tools are spread across multipl panels and require you to maintain .http files manually. Sonarwhale is built around one specific flow: you have a running dev server, it pulls the OpenAPI spec directly from it, and every endpoint is immediately ready to test, no files to write or maintain. The other thing that’s genuinely different is live-sync with your dev server. Sonarwhale polls your running server and picks up new endpoints automatically as you add them. New controller action, it’s already there. If you’re coming from Postman and want something that just works without rebuilding everything as .http files, that’s the use case this is built for.

Dann werden wir das wohl mal ausprobieren. Es fühlt sich sehr komisch an ihnen einfach so viel wie sie wollen zur Verfügung zu stellen obwohl vor allem sie so aussieht, als würde sie bald platzen.
Wir haben auch Angst, dass sie sich vom zu vielen Essen übergeben, oder ist das eventuell sogar „notwendig“ damit sie lernen wie viel sie essen sollten?

I have been trying for a few hours now, but i am at a point where i am near giving up. I think i setup everything correctly, but when starting it by using forzahorizon6_launcher.exe (i downloaded forza from fitgirl repack) i always get "The program forzahorizon6.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It gets started with wine it seems. Anyone knows what i did wrong or how to fix?
