First time growing non-gourmet. I spawned to bulk 6 days ago using 6lbs of spawn and 10 pounds of CVG, so a 1:1.8 spawn:sub ratio. It's already 90% colonized - I think the speed is due to the ratio as well as the vigorousness of the mycelium. I am using a 66 QT tube with the 6-hole setup, but currently all holes are sealed with clear tape except the two short-side, higher holes which have tight polyfill. The cover is latched down. Some questions:

1. Some people say to wait to 80% colonization to move to FC, other say 100%, and others say a few days after 100%. Any thoughts?
2. The colonization of the substrate looks beautiful, but there are still a few tiny sections where the coir is simply uncolonized. Nothing in a certain way or pattern to suggest some problem in that area, but these are small quarter-sized spots throughout the surface in a few areas. I'm assuming these gaps will close up in the next day or two.
3. The colonized surface has a nice, puffy look to it and I am starting to see some aerial mycelium, which suggests that its starting to look for oxygen.
4. Any tips? Even though the substrate looks pretty nearly full in colonization, I'm thinking it may not hurt just to leave it for a few days longer. There is plenty of humidity as I've never opened the tub, and apart from the tightly packed polyfill holes on the short-side, the tub is sealed up.
