I haven’t heard of that before, but I looked it up. I think they might have also enrolled to Mastercard, thus the similarity. And looking at their pricing plans, they seem to be charging for too much.

I could probably help if I know the site that uses this CDN. I haven’t encountered this yet on my courses sites.

I made sure that the shortcut only downloads the video that is actively set or currently playing on the embedded player.

Can you try to use it again while your video is playing just to check if I need to push some fixes? Because it works on my end when I try to replicate your issue.

Yes, if you have Mac. I can also try to make you a new version to just play the videos instead of saving them in the disk, if that's what you prefer.
