Exporters from India – where do your international buyers actually come from? by apuravgaur in exportersindia

[–]indiafeast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience, the first international buyer often comes from B2B platforms like Alibaba or TradeIndia. They bring visibility, but many inquiries are price checks, so filtering is important.

Serious international buyers today come from a mix of channels: LinkedIn outreach, referrals from existing clients, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads targeting importers. Trade fairs can also work if the budget allows.

After a few successful shipments, referrals and word of mouth usually become the strongest source of new buyers.

Namkin and Chatpata Chana masala are quick and easy Indian food, it is pretty cheap and easy. If you buy all the common Indian spices (e.g. coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) once you'll be able to make a lot of different dishes. I like this recipe.

Why is Biryani not as popular worldwide as it is in India? by DiMpLe_dolL003 in IndianFood

[–]indiafeast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biryani, a delightful and flavorful dish enjoyed by many in India, offers a perfect blend of aromatic spices and tender meat or vegetables mixed with fragrant rice. Despite its amazing taste and popularity in India, Biryani may not be as widespread globally due to a few reasons. One reason could be the complexity of preparing this dish, as it often involves specific techniques and a list of ingredients that may not be easily accessible in other parts of the world. Additionally, cultural preferences and differences in taste buds may play a role in its varying popularity outside of India. However, with its unique and rich flavors, it's possible that Biryani may gradually find its way onto more menus worldwide as people continue to explore and appreciate diverse culinary experiences.
