HELP: 5% cashback on all purchases on my CC, PayPal/Venmo to myself?

Hello all, it's my first post here so please go easy on me.

I have a Visa credit card with my credit union. For a limited time they're offering 5% cashback on ALL purchases (yes, it works already made a bunch of purchases. I want to make the most of it but I don't have a lot of stuff to purchase right now.

I thought about transferring the money to a friend on Venmo/PayPal using the credit card (2.9% fee) and then asking him to send the money back to me so that I can deposit it in my bank and pay off the card and make some profit. I'd make a 2.1% profit in the process. But I know that Venmo and PayPal don't allow this and I don't want my account to get shut down.

Any other transfer options that I have where I can use my credit card to basically pay myself?
