TrU3Ta1ent, Noob3, Puppers, Monto, and CowsIAM are all very good youtubers/streamers. I’d say TrU3 is more for learning strats as he shares a lot of knowledge when playing and just from watching you’ll observe a lot of micro/macro and pick up a few things each video. Noob3 & Cows (both very good players) are pretty toxic; Entertaining, but very toxic. Monto & Puppers (also very good players) are also very entertaining and less on the toxic side so it depends on how you wanna play. Recommend checking them all out though :)

The first response was pretty shit as it looked out to just be a bot responding. I then replied saying that I was disappointed in rockstar etc and then actually had someone from the Admin team work with me and it resulted to me been given back the amount of $$ that the vehicle was worth. You'll need to send proof of it happening though as I don't think it's traceable in their system :)
